v3.0.0: Flight logbook toggle grouping, real screen-off on timeout

Bumps to v3.0.0. Documents the inactivity screen timeout now turning
the display fully off instead of just dimming it (feature landed in
the previous commit).

Tapping the screen wakes it back up to your configured brightness (or the soft night level above, if it's still within the night window).
Toggle it under **Menu → System → "Night dimming"**. When you tap the screen while it's night-dimmed, it wakes back up to the soft night level (not full brightness) if it's still within the night window - no sudden bright flash in a dark room.
