Fix .gitignore excluding archived version .bin files (404 in version picker)

*.bin was ignoring the binaries under versions/v3.6.1/ and
versions/v3.6.2/ added for the web-flasher version picker, so only
the manifest.json for each made it into the last commit. Adds an
exception for versions/**/*.bin and commits the missing binaries.
